Aloha!



While being a humble hobby cook, I have developed a passion for kitchen knives in the past few years. I was not always happy with the functional but often somewhat simplistic handles that can be found especially on high grade Japanese knives. At some point, I started playing around with woods to make my own handles. This website was created to showcase some of the handles I made in the past so that anyone can get an idea of what I am doing.

There has been some interest in these handles, so besides making my own I have started making extras, my own designs or custom orders, that I occasionally sell. This website will also provide more details in case you are interested in buying one of them. However, I want to point out that I do this as a hobby, so things may be moving slowly, there will be wait times etc.

This website has two sections for now. It is a work in progress and will hopefully continue to grow. Please check back occasionally to see what has been added.
